Account protection

Your account is protected by password and each transaction is verified by OTP. If you’ve lost your phone or suspect that it is being used in an unauthorized way, you can prevent your phone from accessing your City Medicine account. Just go to City medicine app from a new device > Settings > Security and remove the old device associated with your phone. When you remove the old device, you’ll be signed out of the app on your phone.



Keep yourself safe

City Medicine platform is designed purchase or order your online medicine delivery services that you need. Please note some of the services in City Medicine app is provided by 3rd party supplier or some services you avail by paying through City Medicine app may not be protected by buyer or seller protection. Users are advised to use their discretion while paying through online payment.
